Postpartum is a unique journey, and we understand that every mom's experience is different.

No matter where you are in your postpartum journey, we're here to make you feel comfortable, supported, and empowered every step of the way.

What should I bring?

When you come to Baby Mama Yoga, there are just a few things to bring along to make the experience even more comfortable and enjoyable. Make sure to bring a cozy baby blanket or throw for your little one, as they'll need a soft spot to relax on. Don't forget your water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the class, and a towel for yourself, as you'll be moving and stretching. Most importantly, bring your good spirits and a smile-they're essential to making the class full of joy and connection!

How do I join a Zoom class?

Go to Choose Your Class, pick a session, and click the Zoom link or contact me directly if you have questions or you would like to discuss a personalized schedule.

Absolutely! Moms, dads, and caregivers are all welcome to join in the fun and connection.
Our classes are for everyone in the family who wants to be part of the experience and create those special bonding moments together!

What if my baby cries during class?

Always attend to your baby first. If your little one is crying, their needs come first-and that's perfectly normal. Babies cry to communicate, so please never feel rushed or worried. Take your time to comfort them, and know that we're here to support you both throughout the class.

Online Play Therapy? Can I receive support from anywhere?

Yes, play therapy can absolutely happen online!
I work with children and families around the world via Zoom, offering the same warmth, creativity, and emotional support as in-person sessions.

Depending on your child's age, sessions may include:

  • Parent and child together - ideal for younger children.
  • Child-only sessions - suited for older or more independent kids.
  • Parental guidance to learning Therapeutic Play strategies at home

With just a quiet space, some basic toys or art supplies, and an internet connection, we can create a safe and engaging environment for your child to express, explore, and grow, right from home.

Distance doesn't stand in the way of your child's emotional growth. Let's connect!
